Muslim terrorists killed at least 160 Christians in Nigeria on Christmas Eve

As Nigerian Christians prepared to celebrate Christmas, the Muslim jihadists in the area had other thoughts in mind than goodwill. According to various sources, at least 130-160 Christians were killed.

Muslim jihadists have long been terrorizing Nigeria’s central region, which also divides the area between Christians and Muslims. Muslim jihadists gained a foothold in Nigeria’s northeast and have spread to a large area in Nigeria’s north.

Muslim terrorism against Christians and non-Muslims began around 2009, and as a result, there have been continuous larger and smaller terrorist attacks and massacres in the area, in which tens of thousands of people have been killed. Millions of people have been forced to flee their homes and villages because of Muslim terrorism.

The terror is behind the Islamic group Boko Haram, which is fighting for Islamic supremacy.

On the eve of Christmas, December 24th, things started to happen again. Muslims attacked at least 11 villages in the central Nigeria region. The attacks took place simultaneously and in a coordinated manner. Houses and property were burned in the villages, and people were killed indiscriminately. The exact number of dead is not known, but according to various sources, there were 130-160 dead and at least 300 injured.

Although security in the area is not very good, residents still did not expect such a truly surprising and brutal large-scale attack. The attacks continued until Monday and spread to more villages.

In some villages, Muslims attacked directly on Christian churches, in some of which there were people inside. They were killed. The churches were burned down.

This is reported, for example, by the Central African news agency.
