The Helsinki Court of Appeal increased the sentence of the ”17-year-old” man, known as Juha Sipilä’s golden boy, for the rape of a paralyzed woman.

Fahad Firas Adday Al-Nuaimi was fully loaded in July 2022. His lust was fierce and his hard-on was solid. For some incomprehensible reason, he had been allowed to work as a home care assistant.

At the time of the event, Firas was working an evening-night shift and was on a home visit at the residence of a wheelchair-bound woman. Another employee was also present. Firas managed to talk the other employee into leaving early and thus remained alone with the woman.

After that, he raped the woman.

The woman is paralyzed on one side of her body, meaning she cannot move fully.

Firas denied the rape but admitted to intercourse. According to him, it had happened by mutual consent. The man stated in the pre-trial investigation that the paralyzed woman had, strictly speaking, seduced him. Generally, it emerged in the pre-trial investigation that Firas assumed the woman was deprived of sex.

The District Court sentenced the man to three years in prison, but the Court of Appeal has now increased the sentence by half a year, meaning there is three and a half years of time left to serve.

The act took place in Vantaa.

Fahad Firas Adday Al-Nuaimi became known in the autumn of 2015 when he appeared on TV with the then Prime Minister Juha Sipilä. Firas said he could prove he was 17 years old, and Sipilä was so moved by the youth’s words that he promised his home to refugees.

Later, Firas admitted that he had lied about his age. Now, according to the court, he was born in 1995, but who ever knows about these things, what kind of man he actually is.
